HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A YOGA CLASS?
Many people feel nervous about their first yoga class, but please don't! Yoga classes are a welcoming space where anyone can get involved. Come along in whatever clothes you are most comfortable in and be prepared to take your socks off for the best grip on your yoga mat. I would recommend bringing a water bottle to keep by your mat but avid eating anything too heavy ahead of class. Make sure to let your teacher know if you have any injuries or concerns. Then, close your eyes, take a breath and enjoy!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds on classes and workshops but whenever possible I will offer an exchange for another class or workshop of a similar price.
In the case of workplace or school workshops and classes, I will do my best to rearrange with you but this is not always possible.
I HAVE A LONG-TERM INJURY OR ILLNESS, CAN I STILL ATTEND A LESSON?
Yoga is very beneficial for many conditions, however in the case of long-term injury or illness I would politely ask that you ask your GP before attending lessons to ensure you are well enough. I will always do my best to offer assists for injuries, but it is best to check with a medical professional before attending.
