Born and raised in Washington, Tyne and Wear, Hannah is a 200hr certified yoga teacher and has an MA in Creative Writing. 

Hannah began facilitating writing workshops as an undergraduate and realised the power of writing as a wellbeing practice. Discovering yoga in 2013, Hannah had an idea that yoga and writing should be available to everyone. 

Since qualifying as a yoga teacher Hannah has begun teaching beginners yoga, nurturing yoga, all levels vinyasa classes and writing and yoga workshops.

Hannah also offers yoga classes and workshops to businesses looking to promote staff wellbeing. Yoga classes can be offered to staff members at lunch time or after work. Hannah also teaches meditation and journalling workshops so that there is always an option for your business and team. 

Hannah also teaches drop in yoga classes within the North East and loves seeing her students develop in their practice.

She is also a writer and member of The Writing Squad, she has been published in a number of journals and magazines and is currently working on a novel and non fiction memoir about her experiences of chronic illness and the healing power of yoga.
