Power Up Your Practice | Yoga Workshops and Courses

As well as hour long classes, workshops and courses are a popular choice within the yoga and mindfulness community. Signing up for your first course or workshop can feel like a big step as it can sometimes be difficult knowing what to expect.


A workshop will usually be two to three hours and include something more than just a regular yoga class. That might be more in depth instructions on advanced poses, longer periods of meditation or something unique like essential oils or journaling.


A course meanwhile will help you to build knowledge or practice regularly over a longer period of time. Perhaps it will give you the perfect foundation for starting a yoga practice or will deepen your knowledge in a particular area - for example, inversions or yoga philosophy.


I really enjoy teaching workshops and courses and have a number of them coming up in the next few months.

This ancient holistic system focuses on balancing the body through all areas of health, including dieting and lifestyle as well as sleep and caring for the mind.
