December is flying by in a whirl of wrapping paper, chocolate and a rush to see friends before the holidays begin.
To give everyone as much time as possible to fit in the holiday to-do list (and eat their weight in mince pies), I'm pausing my regular Saturday drop in class in Washington until the New Year. The drop-in class will restart on the 4th of January and in the meantime I still have my festive yoga and journalling workshop happening on the 21st of January.
